How do I turn my computer on?
My computer won’t turn on all day and right now it says “to pair a Bluetooth keyboard, turn it on and wait for your computer to connect”
If it's saying that it has turned on, but it will sulk until a keyboard is connected. If you haven't got a Bluetooth keyboard, plug a USB keyboard in. If you've done that and it's not working then you have a fault condition - try rebooting while holding the shift key down as soon as you hear the chime. If that solves it you have a software problem: if it doesn't you may need the services of an engineer.
