It's my understanding that your MacBook Pro has a blue background and white lines after turning it on along with it restarting after. I may be able to help you with this but it sounds like this may be a hardware issue. I would see if you can boot into safe mode. If you can't get into safe mode, then the next best suggestion is to bring it to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider for further inspection. You can use the locator here: Find Locations
