I changed my apple id, and now when i want to download something, it show me my old apple id, and i can’t do nothing
actually to download apps I get, but to make the updates appear my old id

The apps are permanently tied to your old Apple ID. You have two options:
1) Log out and log back in with your old ID.
2) Delete the apps and download them again with your new Apple ID (best option)
