Alternating row size

Hi,

I have a table at the moment with alternating rows of white and blue, is it possible to increase the alternating row size to 2 so it will go white white, blue blue etc.

Many thanks

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS High Sierra (10.13.2)

Hi Shwmae,

Numbers 4.3.1 under MacOS Sierra (I don't have High Sierra)

Try this with a table with no data

User uploaded file

Format rows 1, 2, 3, 4 with white, white, blue, blue and select cells A1 to C4 (or however many columns)

Hover the cursor at the middle bottom of the selection and drag the yellow dot (Fill handle) down

User uploaded file

You must do this with a blank table (no data) or the cell contents will also fill down 😉.

Save as Template for future use.

Regards,

Ian.
