Mail: How to export, a date based list of emails from/to an addressee, on a page by page basis?

Hi

mac OS Sierra 10.12.6/Mail 10.3.

View/Show related messages: turned off.

Preferences/Viewing: Include related messages, unticked.

Mailbox/Rebuild, run.

Mail app opened/closed and checked above re related messages.

I need to create a pdf showing sent/received emails in date order, from one addressee, about 130 in total. Ideally, the list will have each separate email, without related messages, on a one per page basis.

Mail shows them as a list in date order by conversation (why, as I don't want them shown by conversation?). in the Preview pane, they are shown separately (within the conversation in date order), but when I go to export as a pdf, it lists all messages in the conversation.

How do I get the main list to sort by date only and then export (in that order) as a pdf?

Any help gratefully received.
