Some apps on iPad have no picture on tile

Some apps on my iPad have no picture on the tile, only some grid lines (see screen print)User uploaded file.

These apps are not specifically written for iPad, like Stocard and OMT (One More Thing).

The apps can be used, but it's irritating there is no picture on the tile.

I did a soft and a hard reset of my iPad and I uninstalled and reinstalled the apps but nothing changed.

Can you help me?

This is very normal for apps that aren't specialised for the iPad.

1. The Company hasn't provided a image for the app.

2. The App is out of date and isn't updated.

3. The App is third party

4. The App hasn't properly downloaded.

There are a couple fixes that may or may not work.

I will include ones you have already done as well.

1. Reset iPad (S & H)

2. Delete and redownload App

3. Update App

4. Update Software

5. You can also do Settings” > “General “> “Reset” > “Reset Home Screen Layout“.

I did step 1 to 4 without result. Step 5 I don't want to do because of the consequences. I reported the issue to the developers of the apps.

But to be honest, I think it is a bug in iOS or that it has something to do with a recent change in iOS because seven apps have the same problem, all with iPhone interfaces, and have this problem not for long.
