Can anyone tell me how to find the iPad Note app change history?

I have an iPad and use Note app frequently. I use a Logitech keyboard with it. I noticed an update or two ago that the cursor, while in the text pane used to move from line to line with the up/down arrow keys. Now the arrows change the note in focus instead of the line. i.e. Cursor jumps to the note list at left. I see this as a problem and an irritation.

Is there a way to request the behavior be restore to that on prior versions?

Was the change intentional or accidental?

Are there better free or cheap apps that I could use instead of Note?

iPad Air Wi-Fi, iOS 11.2.1, Note app

You can submit feedback to Apple here:

As notes is part of iOS, I would just submit feedback under iPad.

There are thousands of note-taking apps in the App Store. Many of them are free. To find out which ones meet that specific need, you're probably going to have to download them and test.
