iPhone 7 keeps connecting & disconnecting from Mac

My iPhone 7 keeps rapidly disconnecting and reconnecting to my MacBook Air.

The official cable works fine everywhere, and both of my USB slots have no problems with any other equipment, external hard drive, mixer etc.

I'm rather confused and can't seem to find any help anywhere.

I too am having the same problem with my iPhone X !

I just bought a new cable McDoDo Smart Lightning ! And when connecting to the MacBook it continuously attempts to connect to the iPhone and the iPhone X somehow isn't able to be connected ! But the same able if I connect to my PC to iTunes will work and also to the Battery Bank !

This is really crazy and Apple should fix this !
