Generator not appearing normally in FCPX 10.3.4

Hi

I have been trying to sort this problem for the past 2 months. I have been going thru the discussions but none seems to address my issue. All the solid generators placed on the project timeline will be black. On published parameters, there is no parameters to adjust/set or if it has like Pastel, it still show black.

When I opened the solids in Motion, it indicated there is a missing generator. On Movies>Motion Templates>Generators, the solid folder is only have the custom generators I created which still gives the same problem.

Steps already taken:-

1. Save as a custom generator by replacing the solids and publish it - no luck

2. Remove all third party plugins - no luck

3. Open on new user account - no luck, still freezes and generators missing.

4. Deleted plist based on the info I got from other discussion - doesn't work

5. Reinstall FCPX and Motion (twice) - no luck

Anyway, everytime I open FCPX, the FCPX will freeze (not responding) and I will have to force quit. restart and force quit a few more times. Then delete preferences twice and FCPX will finally open.

Totally frustrating.

Anyone face this problem before and managed to find a solution for it?

Anyone knows where the missing generators supposed to be in?

I am using MacMini (Late 2014)
