xavc footage management on servers.

Hi everyone.

We are experiencing a difficulty with our FS5 XAVC files, storing on servers...

Normally we'd use XDCAM TRANSFER to copy our SxS card's footage into the servers and than use FCPX to import those files "leaving files in place". That way, we wouldn't charge the local workstations and also have these files available to other people around the network.

Now, even ticking the "leave files in place" option, FCPX copies a re-encapsulated version of FS5's files into the project's Library it self, on the local computer.

This stuffs up the hard drive and doesn't make file access easy to other users...

We are for sure missing something here, but we'd be very pleased with any help on that.
