iCloud install fails on Win 10. The MSI install logs shows the failure at icloud.exe /upgrade. How do I resolve this failure ?

The msiexec install logs:

There is nothing on the Apple site that I have found to help resolve this, including the above, nor posts related to error 1722.

Also, it seems odd to me that the icloud64.msi ends up running 32-bit iCloud.exe /update. But mybe that is to be expected.

When I manually run iCloud.exe /update, I get this error:

procedure entry point WinSecTrustEvaluate could not be located in the dynamic link library iCloud_main.dll

Using DLL Export Viewer, it shows no additional entry points in iCloud_main.dll

As suggested in 1 post, running sfc /scannow does not help.

I can install icloud v4, but not the latest v7 version.

iCloud install fails on Win 10. The MSI install logs shows the failure at icloud.exe /upgrade. How do I resolve this failure ?
