will reinstalling OS remove searchencryption.com

"searchencryption.com" has taken over my FireFox Google Search. I have tried to eliminated it wit Malwarebytes and Entrecheck but neither has worked. Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply. I have used FireFox for years and this is the 1st issue I have had with it...I guess I use it because I am familar with how it works...you know the OLD guy syndrome.

The Problem:

When I do a search I get this in the address bar https://www.searchencrypt.com/search?eq=Mbw2bnWDkfaoGAf%2BvnTNt8Jm8KS3ePH3rZPzvh dRyRo%3D

It is that "searchencrypt.com" that takes over my search engine. I think I accidentally downloaded the file a few days ago.

I not sure what information to provide to give you a clear picture of the problem. I I am happy to provide more info. Thanks Chip
