Additional censorship on r-rated movies

Anyone notice that Apple/iTunes adds there own layer of censorship on R-Rated movies? For instance in the Kingsmen, there is a funny scene where the princess tells Egsy where he can do something if he saves the world... and well, thats cut, as is the scene where he types in the passcode at the end. The movie was able to play this with an R rating in the theatre, why is there additional censoring of the R rating on iTunes without adjusting / notifying the buyer? This is happening in lots of movies I've noticed, where scenes are cut out?
