MacBook separate hard drive

I have a MacBook, 2 iPads and 2 iPhones. My Mac does not have enough memory to hold my Photo Library. So presently I have it saved on a separate hard drive connecting with USB cable. I would like to have a wireless hard drive where I can keep my large Photo Library and be able to view this Photo library from my iPads and iPhone .

Is there anyway to be able to do this.
