Song Name in Title bar disabled while listening to a stream

When streaming internet music through iTunes, I see the Stream Name at the top of the title bar, and below it I see the stream's URL.

A few versions back, the URL showed the current song's Artist and Song Title by default.

Then, iTunes showed the stream URL by default, but clicking it would toggle to the Track info.

Now, I can't seem to display the song name at all.

Discovering new Artists and Songs is the reason why I listen to streaming radio. How can I display ID3 info from individual songs?
