SSH Not Working

Apple recently upgraded my security on high sierra and now my SSH is not working on any device. I continue to get errors below.

port 22: no matching cipher found. Their offer: aes128-cbc,aes192-cbc,aes256-cbc,3des-cbc

MacBook Pro, macOS High Sierra (10.13.2)

I have a very similar problem where post-upgrade to High Sierra 10.13.12, SSH does not work. Unlike yours though, my SSH doesn't resolve to any particular error. It just hangs there:

Taxman:~ taxman$ ssh <user>@alyssa -v

OpenSSH_7.6p1, LibreSSL 2.6.2

debug1: Reading configuration data /etc/ssh/ssh_config

debug1: /etc/ssh/ssh_config line 48: Applying options for *

debug1: Connecting to alyssa port 22.
