Cannot change my Region.

My region - Ukraine.


Recently I want to open some app in AppStore, and it suggested me to open it on other region and I accepted.

Later I noticed that I can`t listen any of my songs, I have this error:

If I trying to change my region here's what i got.

I had 1 active subscription for Apple Music, but I'm already canceled my membership.

But it's still active. Or I did something wrong? Can someone help me?

iPhone 5s, iOS 11.2
