I accidentally clicked a suspicious link

I opened my email this morning and got an email from who I thought, in my groggy state of mind, was Apple. They asked me to reset my ID and password. I clicked the link and then immediately realized what I had done. It opened a Safari page that stated the page no longer existed. I closed out of the app, deleted my history on there and then deleted the email and emptied my email trash. I was not connected to WiFi at the time. I also changed my password. Am I at risk?
