On the phone select the wifi network and then "Forget This Network."
Turn router off and on the phone reset network settings.
Turn router on again and see if the issue has been resolved.

my iphone 7plus randomly disconnects from wifi and sometimes the wifi connect screen pops up and i connect again or it asks me for password for wifi its already been connected to or i have to go in settings to reconnect
