Hi,
On November 2017, Apple released through Apple Software Update a:
Apple Graphic Drivers Update 6.3
I installed it on my late 2015 iMac 5K and it causes the mouse cursor graphic to be randomly corrupted.
Please release an update to fix it, Apple!!

Ps: clean-installed Windows 10 various times, and I can confirm the problems is driver related.

Try the newer drivers from bootcampdrivers.com.
