It's clearly an iPhone 5s. It has touch ID so don't start with "its an iPhone 5", ok? According to iTunes, iOS 10.2.1 is up to date, and on my phone I can't get past iOS 10.3.3. The model number on the back is A1533, which is an iPhone 5s number. Like I said, it has touch ID. I need help, because both settings, and iTunes won't work.

What version of iTunes are you running on your computer? You will need iTunes 12.7 or higher.

If i try to update it to iOS 10.3.3, it freezes then doesnt do anything.
What does the phone say in Settings>General>About>Model?

I'd suggest that you back the phone up using iTunes then restore it as new. See if you can then update it. When you're done, restore it from the back up.
