Retrieving cloud data

I have a Mac mini and had to reinstall the operating system. Upon reboot, I cannot find my cloud data. The computer setup a new 5GB account, but I cannot access my 200GB account. How do I reconnect with this saved data?

Mac mini, macOS Sierra (10.12.6), Cloud Data

Your iCloud storage is tied to your Apple ID. Did you login to with the correct Apple ID for your 200 GB account?

Thank you for your help. I did not change my Apple ID. I have had the same one for over a decade.
