Apple wireless keyboards iMac Pro plastic bending?

My Apple wireless keyboard seems to be plastic now and not aluminum like the corded extended keyboard. It seems to be bending in the middle. I've read that these wireless keyboards are bending like bananas and some are arriving like this so I'm not the only one seeing this.

Is there anything that can be done to prevent these plastic keyboards from bending?

Does anyone know yet if the new iMac Pro space grey extended wireless keyboard is plastic or is it aluminum. I certainly won't be paying 4999 for a plastic keyboard computer. Anyone know about this yet?
