My iPhone 6 Plus screen has been unresponsive for some time now. Grey lines keep appearing on the screen and I'm not able to answer calls. Kindly help!

If that does not help, then make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple Store to have the device examined by Apple. They will explain your options from there.

This sounds like a hardware fault make an appointment at Apple store

They may offer you An out of warranty replacement you will need to pay part of the cost.
