Infected DNS servers/IPaddresss/HELP!

Hi all looking for some help with removing a

Blacklisted” DNS server,few weeks ago rec’d pop saying IP# 172.........was not able to enter site,which was different from one I knew of

68............checked my phone on “my IP address”From newsletter I rec.monthly, it showed same ip of one denied. They backlist alert.checking it showed it was. Also many others on “Time out” looked into what found maybe hard to get rid of, sinse that I rec.d many strange emails & pop ups which I’ve reported.

And rechecked ip recently and have found 4 more DNS serves Blacklisted, along with new rejection from an IP of 192.....looks to be getting worse! Can anyone point me in right direction to get taken care of? And what will be affect on my phone or me if not handled emediatly? Really need help with this badly. Thanks in advance,
