Now you have a problem, as restoring a backup will erase everything that is on the phone now. Including your photos. The one way that I can think of around this problem is to enable iCloud Photos to sync your photos to iCloud, then restore your backup. When you re-enable iCloud photos after restoring they will come back.

To restore an iCloud backup go to Settings/General/Reset - Erase all content and settings. When the erase finishes you will be prompted to restore a backup.

When you set it up there should be a prompt to restore the phone from a backup; you can choose iTunes or iCloud.
