My iCloud shows that is full but I have deleted all documents from it.

My iCloud shows that is full but I have deleted everything from it. It still shows that I have exhausted my 5 Gigs. How do I regain the space without having to buy more space?

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.0.x)

Other people have posted similar problems and after contacting iCloud support, found it was a server problem. iCloud support reset everything. You may have to politely ask for a level 2 person.

If necessary contact iCloud Support. You may have to try twice.
