i had purchaed a PRO app for tiny scanner and had the free one as well, and my daughter as in the free version and purchased the pro version through the free app.....i do not want to be charged $5 again

All purchases are considered final, you would have to try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit the account as a one-off e.g. use the emailed receipt or the account’s purchase history.
