Hi,
I've bought a new phone and I would like to set up Apple pay. When I open the wallet app I don't see the plus ➕ symbol to add a card. I have the latest IOS, my device is eligable and I'm logged in with my Apple ID. What am I overlooking?

Apple Pay is available:
On eligible devices, which include iPhone 7:
In selected countries:
If you are using an eligible device and are within one of those regions, then check that your iPhone region is set accordingly:
On your iPhone, go to: Settings > General > Language & Region > Region.
Also follow all of the required steps here:
Set up Apple Pay on your iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, or Mac - Apple Support
Note that it is only possible to add supported payment cards from participating banks or stores within those countries.
