I have been trying to download Netflix, Shudder & Amazon Prime. I have Apple TV 4K on Sony 4K Ultra HD 55’in XBR55X900E. What is the problem? Using HDMI 2.0 cables & access to wi-fi speed up to 150mbps? Please help, please.

Apple TV is a streaming device, nothing is being downloaded. Those services also adapt to the connection. Have you verified current connection via speedtest? Make sure DNS is set to auto (settings - network). If on wifi try ethernet. Test on another network.
Is the issue with downloading those apps or streaming media from those services?
It’s downloading them on Apple TV 4K. Basically feels like I’m downloading at “dial up” speed. I’m baffled.
