My health app on my iPhone SE lost partial data for several days last night; I updated my software to 11.2.1 but it didn't fix the problem (at least the data was not restored). Any suggestions on what to do next?

Health data is saved in some iPhone backups ...
If your backup was sent to iCloud, or sent to iTunes and encrypted, then your Health data is included. You may restore such a backup to retrieve the data.
