Because our Apple TV Air play sometime lagging when mirror to Youtube. Have any way I can setup apple tv every morning schedule reboot itself. I can make sure all the airplay lag problem will solved.
Lag is caused by an issue with the network, a reboot is just a temporary workaround (and it isn't possible to schedule a daily reboot anyway). Mirroring is intensive and needs a stable network, and you would need to troubleshoot if you wish to rectify the issue.
Thanks for your reply. We use the WPA2 WiFi security, Cisco controller/thin Access Point and mdns service for airplay.
If have any way can Apple cooperate with Cisco have a good practice to provide us which have those same WiFi environment. We hope can keep use the Apple TV since we already install all 75 Apple TVs.
This has nothing to do with Apple, it is an issue with the network and would be the case no matter what device you use especially if you intend to mirror. If you are using any extenders or if there is a lot of distance between main router and ATV then that will be a factor. To see a current status of the network you can get a report from istumbler or similar. This will show signal strength, noise and any nearby networks.
