How do I delete an old credit card from the list of auto fill options?

You'd need to a) delete it from the website where you entered it and told your browser to remember it and b) if you are using Safari, go to Preferences > Autofill and delete it from the list of cards if it is entered there.
By the way, you are NOT using iOS on your computer - which Mac OS version are you running? iOS is for iDevices.
