adding windows shared printer

I'm trying to add a printer that is attached to a windows server on a different ip segment. I'm on 192.168.3.14 and the printer is on 192.168.4.6. I can ping the printer, and can add the printer on windows machines on the same network as my Mac. when I do a printer add, I don't see the printer, because it isn't on my network, but I am unable to add the services IP address or name. on a windows machine I type: \\192.168.4.6\brother-lq500 and it attaches and loads the drivers. i don't see how to do this on the mac.

I do have the brother drivers installed, but unable to create the printer because they are on different segments.
