Question: Problems with Smart Keyboard and Apple Warranty
I have been using the 9.7’’ iPad Pro for more than a year now, it would be awesome if the Smart Keyboard works as it should be. The problems I am facing is that the Smart Keyboard stop working continuously, at first Apple Authorized Unit in my hometown changed the new one for me, after 4 months working seamlessly, it stopped working when I was in Taipai (Taiwan), thanksfully I found an Apple Store at Taipei 101 and they gave me the new one. Though it worked greate but only for about a month and then it broken again, this time I brought the keyboard to my local Apple Authorized Unit but they asked me to comeback to Taiwan because it is now the Taiwan Apple Store‘s responsible to give me a new one?!?! I already explained that it is impossible and it is urgen that they should give me another one because the iPad is almost my main working station, but they keep asking me again and again to contact with Apple Store in Taiwan?!?! Please help me to solve this problem because I do aware of the Smart Keyboard problems but I keep believing in Apple, now I am facing with the problems but the Apple Authorized Unit ask me to do what they are paid for.
