am trying to transfer information from my iphobe 6 to my iPhone X. i am having trouble with whats app. its saying on my iPhone X that whats app is being used or signed in on another devise and cannot be used here. do i need to delete it all together from the iPhone 6?

Please check to make sure you are signed out on WhatsApp, as that may affect it. If signed out and the problem continues, try deleting the app altogether. If the issue persists, contact WhatsApp customer service.
