Photos disappeared

Hi all. When I opened my photos yesterday, I found lots of my photos disappeared. I went to “recently deleted” and found 1000+ photos there. It ranges from some of my earliest photos to be one I took few hours ago. And after I recovered them all I still found some photos missing, and I just don’t know where to find them back. They are not in my iCloud or photo stream. Most of them are figures (or maybe I could only remember those figure photos missing). It’s a IPhone 6. Hope I could receive some help. Thank you!
