Why won't a rented movie play?
It will start to play and there will be about 2 seconds of video then it goes black but audio continues. Why is that happening?
What device are you trying to play the movie on?
If it's in iTunes on a Mac/PC, go to iTunes Menu(mac)/Edit Menu(PC) > Preferences > Advance > Reset All Warnings
Then try to play the video again.
