I have 3 iOS devices, iPad Pro, iPhone 6 and Mac Book Pro. Can I also include my iMac G5 table top computer to family sharing? If so how?

With the recent, modern iDevices you are using, there is NO WAY these would work with an outdated PowerMac G5.
In addition, a G5 uses older IBM/Motorola PowerPC CPUs.
Everything now works ONLY with Intel chip CPU Macs, now.
So, there is no way to try to link these new iDevices to a Mac of that vintage.

An iMac G5 can’t be used for anything which requires a Mac OS X version newer than 10.5.8 or an iTunes version above 10.6.3.

don't think old imacs from 2004 to 2006 support a version of osx which is new enough to
support an appleID being tried to a user
