Not all Numbers with simple pattern (9 digit) are phone numbers

IIn case of copying numbers from message, emails etc. iOS means that all numbers must be phone numbers and add to pasted text prefix “tel. “ in case of Czech localization.

Basically on iOS from version 10.x .in case of number validation in app forms like mobile banking (number may be 9 digit as account no, payment identification ) cannot validate text with prefix. In many cases it is not possible to paste number as well.
