Autoreboot system - disk writes error

Hi all.

After sometime working very well and stable, now reboots are happening again.

Since MacOSX auto repair/fix disk permissions, I'm not sure to do this manually using Onyx for example.

Also before reboot at 0:05 hours, I see in console this four errors related to com.apple.trust.root:

So, what can I do? By now I can't reinstall the OS (I would do in christmas holidays)... : |

Any help is appreciated.

Hi All.

It seems that Dock was failing in anyway, so I've follow next steps to fix it:

Dock using 100% CPU and lot of VM after El Capitan update

Basically is kill Dock service [ killall Dock], trash or reserve desktoppicture.db [ Library/Applications Support/Dock ], and reset again service.

There isn't any reboot since clean, so let's get cross fingers.
