Help to solve a problem with USB-C ports

Installed on my MacBook pro 2017 15 touch bar update 10.13.2 (17C88) Mac Os and the computer does not see the 1 usb-c port , what to do ?

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It seems like your MacBook Pro is having a kernel panic from the USB port. Start by resetting the SMC on the computer which controls how things power up on the computer:
