iPhone 7 Plus phone calls not working

My iPhone 7 Plus is currently not letting me make or receive calls as it either is silent after answering or the person on the other end hears the last word I said repeating over and over. I have tried factory resetting and changing sims but this didn't work at all!

Please help! I am desperate!
