how to turn off auto offload app recommendation that becomes available when your device is low on storage space?

So one of the new features that was implemented with iOS 11 was when you became low on storage certain recommendations are given to help free storage space on your device. One of these recommendations was to “Auto Offload“ apps. I clicked enable, and I hate the feature, I don’t like it deleting apps without me approving first. So I went to turn it off and I can’t find out how. Anyone else have this problem, or a solution to it? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
