ITunes and Apps signing in with Apple ID

Hello. I am new to IPhone. Have created my Apple ID and signed in to ICloud, however, sign in failing in ITUnes and App store. Have also added my credit card but still not succeeding.

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 11.2.1
