Disabled ID

This is my 3rd time attempting in getting my ID back. I have tried contacting support- resetting my ID password, and having them give me a call back. My problem is they don’t get back to me. No e-mail replies, no call backs, what should I do? Last time I got a notification saying I wouldn’t get help for 2 weeks. Well, it’s past that and I have not received a thing and here I am again in the same spot. I just want to update my apps but it keeps saying I’ve been disabled. Please advise.

As well as resetting the account's password did you also do : What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support ? If you did contact Support again, including your case number
