Can't play purchased song "not Authorized"

I tried to play a song that I bought from you.

ITunes says that this computer is not authorized to play the song, sign in and authorize. so I did clicked song again and got same message and screen to sign in. Did it again, says this computer is already authorized ( I have 2 of 5 authorized) But still wont let me play the song........ What Gives here?????
