My iPhone won't let me turn on wifi ?
My iPhone 5 It comes up with a cross over my wifi and I've reset my network settings nothing happened when I updated to IOS 11

I'm understanding from your post you're unable to turn on Wi-Fi.
It appears you're trying to turn the Wi-Fi on from the Control Center. Have you tried going to Settings > Wi-Fi to ensure it has been enabled?
