Hello.
I am trying to create new Apple ID. After filling-in all the information I am asked to verify my email address. The verification code arrives to the email I have specified, I am entering the code and after that I get "An unknown error has occured" and I am asked to enter the code again...
Any ideas what could be the cause?

How many times has this occurred; if only once, could be a glitch; there have been a few reports of such lately. I know it's a pain but you will need to start again. If the situation repeats itself go to Apple support ...
This has happened many times, over several days. I have tried it at least 5 times or so.
Is there any way to submit this problem to Apple support by email? I hate explaining these kind of issued over the phone...

Did you follow the link I gave you? There should be an email contact somewhere. If not and your concern is communication by phone, in your country's link you should be able to use your own language.
What country are you living in, Tomas? Do you have an Apple store nearby?
Unfortunately, music (often rubbish) is the standard reply nowadays and Apple is no less likely to have it than most businesses. The only consolation is that it is probably a toll free connection.
Try to see if you can get a chat with Apple Support.
Apple Support by e-mail or chat Select your device, Battery, Power and Charging, then Power adapter not working to get a chat option. If you need to talk to them, ask them if they will do a Skype or FaceTime with you.
I tried to follow the link, but ended up with only a phone number, which started playing music to me while I wait. And I am not the most patient waiter.. :-) So after few minutes I just hung up.

I live in Lithuania. And I don't think we have Apple Store (operated by Apple) at all in our country. Threre are multiple shops operated by Apple partners, like iDeal, etc.

All I can suggest is that you ask one of these partner dealers if they can help you find a suitable link to Apple support. If you can go to one you have previously used, they may be more helpful.
