I tried to download mac high sierra on my new MacBook air. I followed the instructions and for more than 12 hours now all I get is agree screen showing an envelope with a big question mark and am unable to use my mac.
I was downloading the high sierra and it has been 12 hours now and all I see is a grey screen with an envelope and a ? mark in center.
